St Mary's Church, Priors Norton. The nave of St Mary's dates from the 14th century, the chancel from the 13th century and the tower is 15th century. The church is known as the 'disappearing church' due to its position. The church is built just beyond the brow of a hill and consequently when travelling north from Gloucester to Tewkesbury on the A38 the church appears to sink into the hill.
