Cyffig parish church As befits its location near the language boundary, this church is "half and half", with a Welsh belfrey on the south aisle and an English tower on the north. The large parish of Cyffig stretches southward almost to the sea, and its southernmost part is in the "Englishry". The bulk of the parish was predominantly Welsh-speaking.
