Turkey church building tourist attraction

Eastern Orthodox church located in the outer courtyard of Topkapı Palace. The building stands on the site of a pre-Christian temple. It ranks as the first church building completed in Constantinople, before Hagia Sophia. The first was burned down and the new one was built in the 6th century.
