The church, as pictured, was built from 1900 to 1904, and is on the List of Pittsburgh Landmarks recognized by the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation (PHLF). Architect: Frederick C. Sauer (1860–1942). The congregation later moved to St. Nicholas Croatian Church in Millvale, Pennsylvania, where it is currently located. That church was built in 1900, and the architect was also Frederick C. Sauer.
