Just ten years ago, this grid square was almost entirely rural, now most of it has been developed as new housing estates annexing the vast urban sprawl of Barratt-style houses that makes up Valley Park. Part of Zionshill Copse remains and can be seen in the right-background, but it's a shadow on what it used to be.
