North tower and spire of Black Roof House, 97b Knatchbull Road, London SE5. The building was completed in 1870 as the parish church of St James the Apostle. The Church of England Diocese of Southwark declared it redundant in 1981. In 1982 it was leased and converted into co-operative housing.
